The Challenge

Upon launch, Heuston Gaming faced a common challenge: limited visibility into user behaviour and performance metrics. At the same time, their internal technology team was undergoing a major migration, leaving a gap in the management of critical tracking infrastructure.

This created two urgent needs:

  1. Establish a robust analytics framework to capture actionable data.
  2. Maintain continuity in GTM (Google Tag Manager) operations, affiliate tracking, and partner integrations during a period of internal transition.

Key Objectives

Jurnii was engaged to:

  • Define a set of actionable improvement recommendations for the platform experience.
  • Build an insight and reporting framework, including the deployment of a product analytics layer.
  • Ensure continuity and smooth execution of GTM and technical partner support during the internal team migration.

3. Data Layer Setup & Analytics Reporting
